Congratulations to Dr. Carmela P. Española as one of the Outstanding Women of Iloilo City Awardee 2017!

The award is to give recognition to women of Iloilo City who have manifested exemplary performance in the particular field of profession (Science and Technology Category) that significantly contributed to the development of Iloilo City. The project was supported by the Iloilo City Government in collaboration with the Iloilo City Gender and Development Team and the Sangguniang Panglungsod Committee on Women and Family Relations and H.A.L.I.G.I. Foundation.
