Outstanding product! The cap is child proof. On the bottom of the jar, a sticker cites a bin number and an expiration date of two years from now. Also, I tried behavioral therapy in the past by a behavioral analyst and this too was ineffective pertaining to my insomnia (this therapy depicts / practices "not looking at light before bed, " breathing exercises, concepts you've heard of before, etc). The argument(s) of insomnia and sleep health in the medical community can be frustrating. **After posting the video, I did find an Elderberry, Slumber and Rare brand with CBN online, the others are oils or have other ingredients I dislike. Only Elderberry has both CBD & CBN with only 5 MG of CBN. ** I'm highly more than likely to stay a consumer with Barker Wellness and repurchase. These gummies are different then prescriptions but appear to provide a level of effectiveness for consumer's concerns, of course gummies cannot cure any disease or medically treat x'. I would perhaps try half of a gummy to start. Regarding medical marijuana for sleep use, this practice has been shown to be effective for sleep health if not used frequently or every single night (I would say 2-3 times weekly). Just to be politely clear, additionally, my own board-certified plastic surgeon's office where I'm a patient of, does not carry nor sell any products I'm enthusiastic about or any such product(s) like this wonderful Barker or Lemme item(s) for sleep health.
