The two main causes of erectile dysfunction are (1) decreased testosterone production and (2) decreased nitric oxide production. That can happen because of obesity, a sedentary lifestyle, and certain medications. Today I want to focus on natural ways to get your testosterone production up. Exercise and weight lifting (especially how mamy reps you do) are really important. Also consider pomegranate juice. For nitric oxide production, get up off the couch and exercise to improve your oxygenation levels. Additionally, supplements like methylene blue can help – but note that you can’t take methylene blue if you’re on antidepressants.
