Do you feel insecure about it? Do you worry about it or get anxious, which makes it even harder to get an erection? Has it caused you to NOT want to have sex or get into a relationship? Do you consider yourself a “nice guy”? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then keep watching because you’re not alone. I’ll talk about one of the HIDDEN causes of erectile problems that most people don’t talk about and guys wouldn’t admit to. But, more on that in a minute. First, let’s talk about the 3 types of erections: reflexive (associated with physical stimulation) psychogenic (from visual or mental images) and nocturnal (occurs during sleep) Most of you know and have seen “morning wood” when you wake up with an erection. And if you don’t, it could be a sign of low testosterone and/or poor blood flow. Granted, you get these “nocturnal” erections in the middle of the night when you’re sleeping and you aren’t aware of them, unlike the morning one when you see it. The next obvious cause of an erection is physical touch. Again, if you aren’t able to get or maintain an erection with physical touch, this is primarily due to hormonal imbalance, such as low testosterone and secondarily, poor blood flow. But, what if you can’t get an erection when trying to have sex, but you have no problem getting erections when masturbating? This form of erectile dysfunction is more related to psychological reasons and thus, psychological impotence. This would include stress, anxiety, depression, guilt, low self-esteem and relationship issues. And that’s what I’m going to focus on today - your mind, which is super powerful at causing erections and having orgasms. And before I start, know that optimizing testosterone and other sex hormones will definitely improve psychological causes of impotence, in addition to the physical causes. I’ll share with you the best testosterone-optimizing tactics at the end of this video. But, let me first start with a personal story… ============== Thank you for watching.
