Tinitiyak ng IB Executive Committee sa mga kawani at lahat ng stakeholders na susundin ang tamang proseso upang makabuo ng isang patas na desisyon na makabubuti sa buong institusyon. Magtatalaga ng Officer-in-Charge ng Deputy Director ang IB Execom simula Pebrero 21.
