Watch out Antman, IB has its own Green Hero!
In celebration of the Araw ng Kagitingan last April 9, 2019, GMA show 24 Oras featured Mr. Ramon Bandong, a long-time staff of the Institute of Biology and the Philippine University Herbarium (PUH). Mang Mon, as he is endearingly called by IB staff and students, tells us about his efforts to maintain and enrich biodiversity in the UP IB-EDC BINHI Threatened Species Arboretum. The arboretum is one of the last green spaces in Metro Manila. Watch the video to learn more!
