Today we are in the kitchen making carnivore gummy worms and bears! The recipe is very simple: 2 T. Unflavored Beef Gelatin (any unflavored gelatin will work) 1 packet LMNT electrolytes (any electrolyte will work) 1/2 C. room temperature water 1/2 C. Boiling Water OPTIONAL: Silicone Mold for fun shapes. Feel free to just leave it in a bowl for some good ol' fashioned carnivore Jello.
