Nakipagpulong ang Institute of Biology (IB) sa All UP Workers Union (AUPWU) noong Pebrero 14 kasama ang staff at noong Pebrero 17, kasama ang nasabing IB Deputy Director. Tinitiyak ng IB Executive Committee sa mga kawani at lahat ng stakeholders na susundin ang tamang proseso upang makabuo ng isang patas na desisyon na makabubuti sa buong institusyon.
